We sell physical gift vouchers online to customers in the UK and worldwide.

In these terms of sale, “we” means The Holly Edwards website (and “us” and “our” will be construed accordingly); and “you” means our customer or potential customer for products (and “your” will be construed accordingly).

2. Platform & Ordering

  • Orders are placed through the checkout process on our website.
  • Once payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
  • A contract for sale is formed once we dispatch your voucher.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock availability, suspected fraud, or misuse.

3. The Gift Voucher

  • This is a physical gift voucher, delivered by post.

  • Vouchers can only be redeemed once and only with us.

  • Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, damaged, or used without permission.

4. Voucher Validity

  • Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

  • Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed.

  • Any unused balance after expiry will be forfeited.

  • We are not obliged to issue reminders before expiry.

5. Prices, Payments & Tax

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment is taken in full at checkout supported payment methods.

  • Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

6. Delivery

  • Vouchers are dispatched to the delivery address provided at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or incorrect address details.

  • International customers are responsible for any local customs charges, taxes, or import duties.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy (UK Consumer Law)

This section complies with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7.1 Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)

As this is a physical product, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the voucher, provided that:

  • The voucher is unused

  • It is returned in original condition

  • It has not been redeemed or tampered with

To cancel, you must notify us in writing (email is acceptable) within 14 days of delivery.

7.2 Returns

  • Returned vouchers must be sent back within 14 days of cancellation notice.

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the voucher is faulty.

  • We recommend using a tracked postal service.

7.3 Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned voucher.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Original delivery charges are refundable only where required by law.

7.4 Faulty or Incorrect Vouchers

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if the voucher:

  • Is faulty

  • Is damaged on arrival

  • Is not as described

  • Contains an invalid or unusable voucher code

In these cases, we will cover return postage where applicable.

7.5 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The voucher has been redeemed or partially used

  • The voucher has expired

  • The voucher is lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery

  • You fail to return the voucher within the required timeframe

8. Fraud, Abuse & Misuse

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel or refuse redemption of vouchers obtained fraudulently

  • Void vouchers resold without our permission

  • Refuse service where misuse is reasonably suspected

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the face value of the voucher purchased

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

10. International Orders

  • UK consumer law applies to all purchases made through this website.

  • Local consumer laws may also apply depending on your country.

  • Customers outside the UK are responsible for local taxes, duties, or restrictions.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The version displayed on the website at the time of purchase will apply.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
